Sweetly and deeply pungent: earth and chocolate. Rich dark chocolate, fresh-turned humus, black currant, magnolia, cedar in aroma and cup. Pungent, sweet-tart in structure, with a profound savory bottom. The mouthfeel is not particularly full, but smooth, satiny. Nothing is lost in a flavor-saturated finish.

Fruit-centered, crisply sweet. Bing cherry, magnolia, oak, agave syrup, baker’s chocolate in aroma and cup. Sweet-toned structure with gentle acidity; satiny, full mouthfeel. The short finish leads with notes of cherry and baker’s chocolate, rounding to deep, low-toned flowers in the long.

Delicately and sweetly pungent. Night-blooming flowers, caramel, raisin, with a cranberry tartness in aroma and cup. Lively, buoyant acidity; very light but silky mouthfeel. Hints of cranberry and caramel carry into a very sweet though drying finish.

Deep, complex, resonant. Butter, almond, caramelly chocolate, night-blooming flowers, ripe orange in aroma and cup. Round, richly expressed acidity; syrupy mouthfeel. Flavor consolidates but persists in a roundly drying finish.
