Blind Assessment

Crisply sweet, richly chocolaty. Baking chocolate, orange zest, coconut, apple blossom, nougat in aroma and cup. Briskly sweet acidity; full, syrupy mouthfeel. Nougaty finish with undertones of orange zest.

Notes

Produced by Don Senel of Finca La Toboba, entirely of the ed Bourbon variety of Arabica, and processed by the red honey method, in which much of the fruit flesh is left on the beans during the drying process.
